About The Role Main Duties and Responsibilities: Order allocation and waving. Liaising with Customer Service team for any shorts or discrepancies in orders. Yard Schedule Management / Maintenance ensuring full traceability can be achieved Understanding of HMRC Descartes system and EMCS documentation desirable but not essential Understanding of other Admin Duties including International & Logistics. Goods In PO Management Creation of ASN’s on external customer portals. Creation of pallet labels for specific customers Additional Responsibilities Take a proactive approach to individual learning and development to generate a greater understanding of areas that require improvement/development. Provide support to other members of the Warehouse Operations team where required/requested. Plan the time to develop and personally improve both in the completion of day to day tasks and to create opportunities for advancement. Be open-minded to try new methods suggested or technologies to support the priorities of the team. Receive feedback and act constructively to make changes as appropriate. Seek help when needed and actively get to know other team members; looking to understand their roles and perspectives to better contribute to the success of the whole team. About You Great communication and interpersonal skills written & verbal Confident communicating over the phone and email Previous experience in an office-based role Previous experience within a customer focused environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word) Experience of IT systems including the use of SAP and WMS systems. Experience of working to deadlines Outstanding attention to and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
