Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Market Leading Bonus Scheme

Our client is a top-tier logistics company known for exceptional service and innovative solutions. Their state-of-the-art Aylesbury facility is a hub of activity, and they’re seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their team and optimise operations.
Your Role:
- Inventory Management: Oversee and enhance inventory control processes. Ensure accuracy, minimise waste, and maximise productivity through best practices and innovative strategies.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse team of warehouse staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations to boost productivity and reduce costs. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the warehouse.
- Tech Integration: Utilise the latest technology and systems to enhance warehouse operations. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
What You Need:
- Proven experience in warehouse management with a focus on inventory control and people management.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of developing and motivating a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and related technology.
