Connect Appointments have work available in the Motherwell area for reliable individuals to become Warehouse Parcel Sorters within our client's Eurocentral Warehouse Depot. What's on offer? On-going work with various shifts available - starting from 4am £11.44 per hour, rising to £13.21 after 12 weeks for hours worked between 4am and 6am Immediate starts for the right candidates Permanent positions available Full training Please Note - Due to the location and start times of some shifts, access to your own transport would be beneficial. Working as a Warehouse Parcel Sorter, your duties will include: Loading and unloading of delivery vans Picking and transportation of customer orders; Ensuring that all items that are loaded/unloaded match the relevant paperwork; Reporting any damaged/missing items to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors; Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining warehouse equipment; Assisting with warehouse inventory controls; General warehouse and labourer duties To be successful in this Warehouse Parcel Sorter position, you will ideally have previous experience in a warehouse or other fast-paced environment, although not essential as full training is provided.
