Water Treatment Manager - Technical Facilities Management (Mechanical Bias) Healthcare
A Global FM service provider is expanding, and we are onboarding a Water Treatment Manager to join the management department on a London healthcare portfolio made up of roughly 5 hospitals and healthcare centers.
You will be a senior point of contact, providing operational support and policy guidance to the site Contract Managers, M&E Managers, and Engineering Teams.
We are looking for mechanically biased leaders and supervisors with a strong understanding and experience in water treatment, running surveys, completing audits, understanding site water risk assessments, and attending the customer Water Safety Group meetings as CBRE rep. You will also work closely with the project management teams to ensure adequate processes for water treatment.
