Role: Wealth Manager – Director - UK Market - London My client, a well-known Wealth Management firm, are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to join their growing London office. The firm provide investment management services and financial planning advice to U-HNW UK clients. They are scaling at an impressive but steady rate, a recent deal with a Private Equity firm saw 40 advisors be added to the name and increased their AuM by £2bn. This is an excellent time to join a dynamic young business that provides both a financial planning business and investment planning business to their 20,000 customers across the United Kingdom Job Description: You will be working with a team of successful Financial Planners and Investment led Wealth Managers, growing and developing the firms AuM. An entrepreneurial culture, this job also gives you the opportunity to take part in key strategy meetings of the business whilst scaling your own desk. You will have access to highly competitive products and services, allowing you to keep on top of the latest market trends for your clients. Build and develop a book of U-HNW clients across the United Kingdom. Offer to your clients the full suite of services including discretionary portfolio management, advisory and execution only services Understand clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to be able to service them efficiently. Provide long-term care for your clients ever evolving financial needs. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in a client facing wealth management/private banking job. Strong track-record of building a personal book of UK clients from scratch. Experience in opening accounts of a minimum £1m and dealing with book sizes of £100m AuM.
