The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to add a Senior Software Developer to their small but growing engineering team to bring a market leading website in travel solutions with the plans to go global in the near future. Your first task will be the exciting challenge of bringing everything in house, completely ripping apart the existing product and re-developing it in Laravel so that it is scalable, maintainable and you can add features onto it.
Working with their in-house development teams in the studio, you will have the responsibility of developing their systems in Laravel, working on new exciting platforms to showcase your work, adding functionality, bug fixes to their existing sites and CRM maintenance. They will be ripping apart their existing systems and products and rebuilding them in the latest technologies.
They are looking for someone who is commercially savvy and can help mentor and train junior developers into expert developers. This role gives you a genuine opportunity for progression; as the company expands and grows you will grow along with it.

Ability to undertake a large rebuild of pre-existing systems with functionality assistance from our pre-existing team
Ability to team up with pre-existing development team once the rebuild is ready for collaboration
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects and stick to deadlines
Ability to spot errors and maintain a high level of accuracy at all times
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with fellow members of staff
Ability to work well in a close team environment, collaborating on
creative meetings, briefs, problem solving
Ability to manage and prioritise what can sometimes be a heavy workload often under pressure
Ability to demonstrate a solution mindset to assist with improving processes within the company
