We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer OR Team Leader, someone who is used to leading projects, mentoring or managing teams of web developers.
You will come from a client facing or internal requirements gathering role, able to liaise with non technical staff and have first class communication skills.
We need someone who can man-manage and motivate, improve capabilities, productivity and efficiency of a busy web development team.
You will work on our clients flagship ASP.Net product line, delivering, supporting and maintaining a wide variety of innovative client websites.
You will have proven ability to pick up and work with existing enterprise, large scale software systems in quick time.
