Kinvr, has partnered with an established leader in high-end housewares design and innovation, that is seeking a Website Manager. You will take ownership of the online customer journey, website optimisation and the website budget. In addition, you will use analytic tools to measure performance to meet evolving digital needs and advise on and implement our direct-to-consumer strategy in conjunction with our US eCommerce team. This is a hands-on role, where you will be able to get stuck in, run projects and get things done in a fast paced/agile environment. This is an Office Based Role with 4-5 Days based in the UK office in the Reading/Berkshire area.


About the Role;


Job Title: Website Manager, EMEA

Reports to: Director of Operations EMEA

Works closely with: Marketing Manager EMEA, Supply Chain Manager EMEA, EU Retail Sales Director, Global eCommerce Team

Direct Reports: eCommerce Coordinator


Responsibilities;


  • Take full responsibility for the website’s performance, including profitability, advertising spend, and operational improvements.
  • Drive revenue growth to achieve sales and margin targets by executing strategies focused on areas like conversion rates, traffic, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate on the direct-to-consumer strategy, aligning regional and global goals.
  • Lead the implementation of frontend website enhancements while coordinating backend service optimizations to increase traffic, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the supply chain team to ensure optimal online stock availability.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to create a cohesive sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on email campaigns and new product launches.
  • Act as the in-house expert on Shopify+ and related website applications, sharing knowledge and providing guidance across teams.
  • Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee external agencies, particularly those focusing on SEO/SEM efforts.
  • Present performance reports and strategic plans to key stakeholders within the organization.


Required Skills;


  • Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform and related apps, such as Matrixify, Script Editor, Shopify Flow, and Langshop.
  • Strong track record in managing website development projects.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proven experience using Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
  • Knowledge of frontend development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) preferred, including Liquid.
  • Experience managing multilingual websites is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel with expertise in handling large data sets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on action and execution.
  • Excellent teamwork, planning, and project management skills.
