Website Contractor – 3 – 6 months - Day Rate Inside IR35 - Retained – Confidential – Hybrid – Surrey with travel to Glasgow a few times a month.
Oliver Sanderson is engaged with a leading industrial manufacturing company in search of a Website Contractor.
The Website Contractor will be responsible for bolstering the digital function of the organization, which plays a crucial role in their communications strategy. You will help to alleviate the workload on the team and enhance the collective knowledge base.
Key areas of focus:
- Scope out a statement of works.
- processes and passwords.
- on maintenance and management of the system.
- technical expertise in front-end and back-end maintenance.
- system deployments, updates, and website governance.
- first line web support and manage website portal.
- broader understanding of website architecture within the team.
- up ad hoc jobs and cover activities as needed.
Our client is looking for a technically experienced Website professional with experience managing both front-end and back-end aspects. You will also have a working knowledge of the content management system Drupal. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships within the team and across departments. You will be adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high workload environment. You will have both technical and content experience. There is a preference for similar industrial sectors such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction, or similar sectors.

This is an interim position working 3 - 5 days a week over a 3 - 6-month period initially. Ideally based in Scotland as you will need to visit the Glasgow office at least once every 2 weeks.
