Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer

The ROLE
Due to continued growth of their EMEA business an opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer to join their successful team. You will be responsible for a variety of QC functions, concentrating on welding, including:
- Non-destructive testing and weld inspection
- Quality control of fabrication
- Carry out Weld Audits to ISO 3834
- Project Processes are compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Knowledge of ASME & CSWIP 3.1
- Help QHSE within the organisation
- Continuous improvement
- Internal & supplier audits
- Quality control & inspection of manufactured equipment
The CANDIDATE
The successful Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer candidate will be a talented and intelligent engineer with the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market leading organisation. You will require:
- A good engineering skill set (Apprenticeship, HND, Degree, etc.)
- QC Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Fabrication/Welding knowledge
- CSWIP
- PED (Pressure Equipment Directive)
