Bilingual - Welsh & English-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Location: Remote working Salary: 10.30 per hour Contract: Full time, Permanent Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-8pm AND Sat 9am-12pm (rotational shifts between these hours, 37.5hours weekly) Be part of something special! Customer Service Advisor - The role: As a Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisor you'll be the very first point of contact for our customers. You'll need lots of patience, but with your unflappable nature and personal approach, you'll calmly reassure them that you're there to help.
