This new role for 2024 will allow you to take over and existing portfolio of Main Contractors with the remit to place all Commercial & Production roles from Junior Management to Director level. While this desk and client base are already developed there is huge scope for further development and the potential to develop your own team.
Working here will be rich with opportunities – you will have a high performing team of fellow Construction Recruiters (Perm & Freelance) around you that will be sharing knowledge, jobs leads and candidates and a proactive team of Directors that constantly assist their Consultants with winning retained or exclusive work

Senior Consultants here achieve:
• Salary £30,000 – £40,000
• Commission – tiered to 40% of billings
