Job Description

Job Details To support the wholesale team in the day to day running of the department, both in and out of the selling season. The candidate will be responsible for working across major accounts as well as supporting agents in key territories.  A successful Wholesale Admin Assistant candidate will have proven experience in a similar head office position, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE At least 1 years’ experience in a wholesale head office based role Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure Excellent Excel skills and previous experience of internal computer systems – ideally Zedonk & Joor Understanding of sell through analysis Analytic approach to reporting  Strong attention to detail Experience working with stock - ideally within a fashion brand but not essential Excellent problem-solving attitude coupled with tenacious drive to achieve results Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ work ethic Happy to work in a heavily admin focused role  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Admin support for global major accounts  Order entry  Sending out seasonal RRP’s Monitoring global pricing and provide weekly report Monitor online uploads to check product is available in a timely manner Bi-weekly store visits to UK department stores  Work closely with team to assist in-house market appointments Order entry Updating and adding new account information to Joor and Zedonk Support our external agents by updating them with any relevant information  Collect PO numbers ahead of the delivery window and send EAN codes to relevant accounts Support wholesale and shipping department to ensure that all orders are sent out with no delays In-put monthly style ST information  Provide concise delivery and payment information to clients Assist with re-orders and swaps Respond quickly and professionally to queries from all customers
