This well established South Yorkshire firm are looking for a NQ/1 year PQE admitted Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive in Private Client work to join their Inheritance Tracing Team in their Sheffield office.
Joining this niche, growing department you will be servicing work nationally, developing as a technically skilled lawyer in the process.
Whilst it is prefered that that you will have experience in this specilist area, at the least you will have worked across a good bredth of private client work.
You will run your own caseload and be used to meeting/exceeding financial targets.
This role will require the handling of complex Private Client matters, mainly consisting of intestate estates and some involving foreign assets. You will also work closely with the firm’s Contentious Probate Department.
