Pareto FM, the socially led, relationship based, fast growing facilities management business is looking to recruit a WIP Controller to assist our operational management teams in managing their contractual work in progress to ensure this moves efficiently through from job completion to invoice to cash collection. assist the Finance Department in planning, approving and process managing financial data and other records.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control WIP inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions and financial entries.
Help and assist operational management to report and management WIP to ensure smooth and efficient transfer of data across to the billing team to ensure billing is processed and received by the customer on time and assist with the month end close process ensuring all revenues are reported timely.
Track and monitor purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and addressing any discrepancies or delays.
Collaborate with procurement, Operational Account Managers and finance team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies or delays in POs and WIP inventory.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in WIP and PO management.
Ensure compliance with company policies regulations, and quality standards in all WIP and PO activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to WIP inventory, POs, and financial records.
