Job Description
This leading UK Head Quartered Asset Manager is looking to add an experienced PMO to the team. You will have proven previous experience as a PMO lead working across 1-2 complex Global Transformation Programmes. Prior Asset Management experience is essential as is the ability to work in a matrix management environment.
Responsibilities:
Creating and/or maintaining all the key programme management documentation with the assistance of and under the supervision of the Programme Manager:
Creating and maintaining the Key programme logs and delivery plans
Produce all the key decks to presented to the Programme govering bodies
Coordinate and consolidate key Programme Management Documentations between the workstream project managers and the Programme Manager
Produce specific Programme MI for stakeholders, including customised progress dashboards as requested by the Programme Manager
Provide some admin support to workstream project managers to track workstreams delivery and progress against the overall Programme delivery plan & milestones and assurance framework
Support the logistics for any change request to be raised, new resource requests, etc.
You will likely possess:
4- 8 years experience in a similar role
Prior Asset Management experience
Experience working within a transformation programme
You will be well organised, meticulous and possess excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and good problem-solving skills
