Workday Functional Analyst

Join our client and work with their HR team to efficiently deliver full lifecycle support for the Workday HR Management system. Workday supports all major people-related business processes across the firm.

You will have opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with users and provide technical support.
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement new processes to help with efficient HR management.
  • Work with third parties and inhouse stakeholders to assess needs and gather requirements.
  • Configure Workday modules to meet business needs.
  • Partnering with cross-functional team members on issues, enhancements or queries.
  • Support Workday releases and assess their impact.
  • Contribute to the ongoing management of Workday in a busy business.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Workday configuration experience.
  • Familiarity with managing Workday in a live, business environment.
  • Experience in Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning.
  • Understanding of system security, reporting and integrations.
  • Confidence and ability to own small projects – from Design to Deploy
  • Positive attitude and keenness to learn.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • HR background or related qualifications.
  • Project management or Business Analyst certifications
