Workforce Capability Analyst

Birmingham / 2 days per week in office

I am partnering with a leading FS firm based in Birmingham, to find a Workforce Capability Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the design and performance of a Workforce Capability process within a global design/performance team and you will be involved in measuring performance, supporting design and maintenance of policies, procedures and change initiatives within your area. You will be responsible for ensuring required inputs and outputs are produced in line with internal procedures while acting as first line for advisory of the process. Workforce Capability Analysts provide support as well as own relationships with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers while managing other Analysts in the area.

DUTIES

  • Ensure issues are dealt with efficiently with third parties in order to close background screening cases
  • Present on escalation cases on a weekly basis
  • Manage the team's day-to-day portfolio of background screening cases to meet agreed service-level agreement (SLAs) and consistently demonstrate due diligence
  • Process screening cases
  • Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate to management and business accordingly
  • Resolve issues with screening cases by effectively communicating with Managers, Recruiters and Candidates

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience using discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Experience working independently without supervision
  • Strong organisation/prioritisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
