Our client is a Main car dealership on Finchley Road and they are actively looking for a new Workshop ControllerAs a Workshop Controller you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.What will you be doing?* Responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop* Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets* Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers* Achieves agreed profits and retention levelsWhat are we looking for?* If you think you've got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply!* Full UK Driving Licence* Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential* Able to work independently and as part of a team* Ability to work to timescales effectively* Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service* Experience in a main dealer environment* Strong industry knowledge* Ability to work under pressureSalary: £35K OTE £40K PlusHours: Mon to Friday 8am to 5.30pmPlease contact Gary at Jago Consultants
