Yardi Application Support Analyst

London/Hybrid

£50,000-£60,000

We, at Cobalt, are supporting their search for a talented Yardi Applications Support Analyst to join their dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of their Yardi system

Role Responsibilities

  • Handle standard and change requests made by the 150 Yardi users on the current platform, both internal and external, UK & Europe.

  • Ensure all changes made are documented and approved in line with business and audit process using ServiceNow

  • Investigating incidents raised by the same users, also on ServiceNow, suggesting and testing workarounds and solutions.

  • Raising tickets to Yardi's support team and dealing with their responses.

  • Propose, test, and implement new ways in which the business can utilise Voyager's capabilities to improve processes and controls

  • Take ownership of user management, including on- and off-boarding, permissions review, and training materials

Role Requirements

  • Knowledge of accounting processes - property accounting, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, reporting

  • Have experience using Yardi Voyager either as a super user or as an administrator

  • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work independently and in a team

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Proven track record of service delivery, client/customer focus and relationship management
